All our orders are sent to you using registered 1st class post and you should expect to receive your orders within 28 days (probably a lot sooner, depending on stock). Risk of Loss.
All items purchased from Mad4Hats.ie are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns Policy.
With a valid receipt we are happy to refund or exchange your tagged unworn/unused purchase if you return your purchase within 10 days. We adopt a no hassle policy to products with a manufacturing defect. There is no return or exchange on sale items (This does not affect your statutory right).
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. We would appreciate you contacting us prior to returning goods, all items must be returned using registered mail service for proof of dispatch, available at all main Post Offices.
