Policy.
It has always been the policy of Mad4Hats to treat our customers in exactly the same way we like to be treated ourselves. Our toes curl at the sight of small print!  But it appears that to add to our credibility and comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own version. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).

Data & Privacy.
We take your privacy seriously.  The information collected from you at the time you placed an order will be stored in our data base and used when your order is being processed and when your payment is being actioned. There are no circumstances under which your details might be passed on to a third party.

Supply.
We assure you that all our products are authentic, designed & created by us in the historic tradition using local expert crafts people. We do hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Mad4Hats product and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, the high quality of our natural materials means that there may be a slight variation in colour from dye lot to dye lot and with various surface textures, giving each individually crafted piece its own inherent beauty.
